Donald Weber


Donny is an American Artist and paints in a contemporary impressionist style.  His mediums include oil, oil pastel and pastel.  He also loves to draw daily with both graphite and charcoal.

Donny's Art Education began as part of his curriculum while earning a Bachelors of Architecture degree from the University of Kentucky.  Today, in addition to his art career he is a licensed Architect working worldwide in the entertainment industry.

Donny has continued his art education through self-teaching and workshops with noted artists such as, Kim English and Scott Burdick. Donny also attributes his development as an artist to many years designing and illustrating those designs for such companies as Paramount, Nickelodeon, Warner Brothers, NASA, SeaWorld and Crayola.

Donny was a founding Board Member of the Kentucky School of Art at Spaulding University in Louisville Kentucky and sat on the Executive Committee for two years.  KSA offers Bachelors of Fine Art Degrees.

Donny and his brother Tom are the namesakes for the The Weber Gallery in Louisville, Kentucky.  The Weber Gallery offers art education and representation to Special Needs Students and sells their work through side-by-side programs with professional artists.  Donny occasionally exhibits there as a part of that program.

Donny and his wife Debra live in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Louisville, Kentucky.
